Pie Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup light rum
- 1 tbsp lime zest grated
- 1/2 cup lime juice fresh
- 1 pkg 9" graham cracker pie crust
Frosting Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp light rum
- 1 tsp lime peel grated
Pie Instructions
Add softened cream cheese to a medium bowl, beat with a mixer until soft and fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk until combined.
Add lime zest, lime juice, and rum, stirring until well combined.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for 3 hours or until stiff.
Frosting Instructions
Add heavy cream to a medium bowl and beat with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add rum and gently combine.
Spread evenly over the top of the pie and spread surface with lime zest.
Serve and enjoy!
- If you want to make the pie look a little fancier, feel free to switch up the lime zest for white chocolate or lime curls!
- Note, the longer the pie is stored in the refrigerator the stronger the rum flavor will become!
